No Writing

With much regret, I tell you I have gotten no writing done this week. I didn’t expect that I would. I still have a lot of cleaning to do now that the pond is done and most of the outdoor work will be put off until spring again. I went out tonight, after a 12 hour shift at the hospital, and replaced the cover on one of my outdoor tables. I also pruned up a plant I brought, took care of my cat family and am doing this blog.

I will try hard to write next week when I’m off but, you see, we are holding Thanksgiving a week early because of my hospital schedule. That is why I don’t have very long. But I really look forward to seeing my human family.

I am also very into genealogy and have been working on that as I sit in my chair. I think someday I will put it all into a book to place at the library. Our library excepts manuscripts like that and will even bind them. I found my Uncle Grover’s book there, but his book was written before the day of internet and has a lot of errors. We can research things better now with the internet. I have done Uncle Grover’s entry in the family tree. I will read his book again because it may help me with tidbits on the characters of my great aunts and uncles.

Well, that is the only writing I’ve done. I touched bases with an old friend from Denver/San Diego now. That was nice. See you all next week.
