I’m going to be running behind for the holidays and less regular. I took a week off to shop, cook, clean and clean again for Thanksgiving. Christmas is even worse in terms of the preparations I need to make. And, Holidays are important after all and spending time with our loved ones. I will still be trying to blog and write and learn new things during this time. Today, I’m planning to do some fun holiday stuff by going to the Festival of the Trees and the Botanical Gardens, which is a poinsettia feast.
Up next for me is continuing to learn about marketing and creating some posts to let potential readers know what Ed Bryant and I have available to read. Ed has Voices From the Cryptic Mind of Edward Bryant available now on Amazon. I will begin putting together a second book for him soon. From me, I have an upcoming novella, the first featuring Abraham Lincoln as a detective, Lincoln Uncovers How Preston Metzger Got Himself Kilt. The cover reveal should be very soon.
I still have to finish writing Chapter 20 of the full-length novel, which covers an entirely different trial from Lincoln’s life and a different time period. I haven’t been writing these in chronological order and probably won’t. I pick the topics that interest me most. As I said I have been slowed to stop by the holidays. I’m hoping to pick up the pace and get back to my regular routine this week. There are just certain things that have to happen like eating turkey. Now, I have to put up outdoor lights and indoor trees. And I had to take down the fall decor. I’m sure you all understand and are in the midst of doing similar things.

Enjoy all the holiday prep and fun!
